The quote tool

The quote form takes gender, age, self-assessed health level, tobacco use, benefit amount and term length. These answers move to a carrier quoting system to produce rates and stay off this website. Your name, address, phone or email don't go into quotes. Identical repeated requests may pull from a brief cache to avoid re-querying.

Applying

If you move forward with an application, your responses prefill a secure application hosted on the carriers' platform, governed by that platform's privacy policies. Applications stay with Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance firm (License 0B75129).

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone, preferred reply method, subject area and message. It routes via email to the agency; your email becomes the return address. This site stores no copy, maintains no submission log and keeps no content record. A brief client-side anti-abuse check fires before sending.

Measurement

This website logs traffic using first-party, cookie-free measurement hosted on this domain. Cookies and client-side identifiers remain unused; your IP address gets partly masked before storage; referrer query strings are stripped; raw logs get discarded after ninety days. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled aren't tracked.

What we do not do

We don't sell, exchange or market personal data; we don't install behavioral ads or third-party analytics. The lone third-party script is the carrier platform on the application page, which loads only when you navigate there.
